In the Autumn Term our centre of interest is 'Our Local Area'. Throughout this time we will be going on lots of walks in our local area looking at the positives and negatives and what we can do to help us to be proud of where we live.  Throughout this learning process we hope to be able to recognise the main similarities and differences between our local area and the contrasting place.

In the Spring Term our learning will be around 'ourselves' and about the 5 senses with a particular focus on sound and hearing. We will be learning about how our bodies grow and change and then we will move on to how other plants and animals grow and chage.

In the Summer Term our learning will be based on the 'Construction' as our new build begins to take shape. we are hoping to have meetings with the arcetechts and builers to find out more about their jobs and how they are going to build our new school. All of our curriculum will be linked to this centre of interest.
